“Cultural differences should not separate us from each other, but rather cultural diversity brings a collective strength that can benefit all of humanity” - Robert Alan.
It is observed that HR managers are so much busy during their routine working hours and it was challenging to convince them for an apprenticeship scheme. GLIA converted this challenge into opportunity and planned a personal visit for the Apprenticeship awareness program. SATHWAY has been asked to pay a personal visit to such an organization for Training of Managers, creating awareness of the Apprenticeship program, guiding them for online portal registration, providing them necessary training for the Apprenticeship Program.
This strategy works very nicely and it has received good response.
